伊斯曼音乐学院怎么申请？需要准备哪些材料？

在前面我们提到过，伊斯曼音乐学院隶属于罗彻斯特大学，如果你是申请双学位的话，需要同时申请伊斯曼音乐学院和罗彻斯特大学；如果只是申请Music相关学位，只需进行伊斯曼音乐学院的申请。今天小编主要带大家看一下伊斯曼音乐学院本科怎么申请？需要准备哪些材料？

申请地址：

11月1日前： $75

11月1日-12月1日：$125

Jazz Studies申请者（所有乐器）和Applied Music（Performance）申请者（大提琴、单簧管、长笛、打击乐器、萨克斯管、长号、小提琴、声乐专业）需要提交预筛选视频。详细曲目要求可点击"Audition requirements"

音乐教育、音乐理论和作曲申请者，如果主乐器是大提琴、单簧管、长笛、打击乐器、萨克斯管、长号、小提琴、声乐，也需要提交预筛选视频。

伊斯曼教职人员会在12月1日开始查阅申请者提交的预筛选视频，经过认真考虑后，邀请一部分申请者进行现场面试。

申请人须提交就读高中的成绩单（如果成绩单不是原件，须提供经过公证的成绩单翻译件），可通过扫描在线上传、或邮寄到伊斯曼招生办公室。

所有申请者都需要提交一份两到三页的个人陈述。可从下面话题中任选一个进行陈述：

Tell us about an important experience (artistic, personal or intellectual) from the past few years that has special meaning for you. How has it influenced you?
All Eastman students have the opportunity to take a wide range of courses at the University of Rochester and in Eastman’s Humanities Department. Tell us about a non-musical class that you have particularly enjoyed during your high school studies. What courses outside of music would you like to take in college and why?
Each winter season, Eastman holds a “Holiday Sing” which brings the school together to celebrate and perform together in a fun and informal atmosphere. Describe a tradition that is particularly important to you, including specific details. Why is it meaningful and how has it impacted you?
Some students at Eastman are interested in exploring the intersection between more than one musical genre. For example: writing or performing music that has influences from both classical and pop music, or incorporating improvisation into performances in a new way. If this sounds like you, tell us more about what combinations interest you and how you either have explored or would like to explore them.

音乐教育专业申请者还需要提交一篇文章，描述你的长期目标、使你成为一个音乐教育家的个人素质、为什么要攻读音乐教育专业等。
